In 1917, James Jennings, founded the construction firm of Jennings Co. Now a fourth generation, family owned full service construction management and general contracting company, Jennings has kept pace with dramatic changes in the industry, while maintaining a remarkable continuity of management. Jennings is guided by its commitment to providing skillful advice and industry leadership on each project it undertakes. Special attention is paid to employing the most effective construction methods and project management techniques; and identifying and maximizing construction cost efficiencies – these principles serve as the cornerstone of the company as laid out by its founder more than 100 years ago. Today, Mark Jennings serves as President, directing the day to day operations of the firm. Garrett Jennings, Vice President, serves as Project Executive on some of Jennings’ most sophisticated projects, in addition to providing estimating services. Jennings continues to adapt to new market trends and technologies in its efforts to offer a wide range of construction services to clients throughout the tristate area.
